Yale Red Fingernail Campaign Trumps Purple Finger.
Yale alums… don’t send money to Yale. Send a red fingernail instead. That’s the campaign being waged by two Yale alumni to protest Yale’s admission of subpar Taliban PR guy, Sayed Rahmatullah Hashemi.
John Fund of the Wall St. Journal continues his coverage of Yale’s subterfuge…
Called NailYale, it focuses on the Taliban’s barbaric treatment of women, which extended to yanking out the fingernails of those who wore nail polish. In a column on TownHall.com, they urged alumni “not give one red cent this year, but instead send Yale a red press-on fingernail.”
And the ever upright liberal Yale administration is sending anonymous emails to critical alumni in a very devious fashion. When confronted, these paragons of education employ the classic liberal approach… “I don’t recall.”
Accusing the critics of being “retarded” and “terrorists” is the attack mode of Yale University.
As one alumni critic comments…
“Surovov can’t judge the Taliban, but he can judge us?”
Surovov is a representative of the Yale administration.
And Yale is in the process of disseminating misleading information about their prized Taliban guy. What does that say about the education you receive at Yale?
From the Yale release…
Contrary to what has been reported by some in the media, he has not been admitted as an undergraduate to Yale College or to any of the other schools at Yale.
But oddly…
Indeed, a Feb. 24 article in the Yale Herald, a campus weekly, called Mr. Rahmatullah “one of this year’s freshmen”…
And Taliban guy gets a handy 35-40% discount on tuition. I wonder where he gets the rest of the money?
Fund has great coverage of this here.
And there’s more at Boston.Com and the American Spectator. (H/T Instapundit.)
My question is why hasn’t this Rahmatullah Hashemi Taliban guy been arrested and sent to Gitmo for some real education? Next thing you know Bin Laden will be taking courses at Yale. Although no doubt Yale would rather hire him as a professor.
Where did Yale stand on the Dubai ports deal anyway?
Amazing.
