Da Vinci Code Author Brown Questioned in Court.

Posted by Taste of Liberty at 5:38 pm. Filed under: General

The ongoing saga of Da Vinci Code author, Dan Brown, continues in a London courtroom. Brown is trying to refute charges by two authors that he plagiarised their work.

The NY Times is reporting (if you can believe them)…

But under questioning by the plaintiffs’ lawyer, Brown acknowledged that he could not always recall exact dates of milestones in the creation of his novel.

The reclusive author seemed irritated at the questions.

The outcome may imperil the release of the movie by the same name.

I guess we’ll see.

Our earlier coverage is here.

  1. I haven’t heard anything about them having to release the movie w/ a new name…that is very interesting…i guess we’ll see.

  2. RC, I think that when TOL said “may imperil the release of the movie by the same name” that it was simply a way of referencing the movie (as opposed to the book, mentioned earlier in the post), ie. “it would imperil the release of the Da Vinci Code movie,” not “it might have to change its name.”
