Plumbers Protected in Maryland
The last sentence in this article made me laugh out loud. Some screwup mooned a neighbor (including a little girl) and was taken to court for indecent exposure. The appeals court ruled that the buttocks aren’t private parts. On the surface, it doesnt’ seem worth blogging about.
But this statement by McNealy’s attorney is what raised this story to the level of inclusion on this blog. :-)
James Maxwell, one of McNealy’s attorneys, said yesterday’s ruling should “bring comfort to all … plumbers” in the state.
