It’s Raymond Reggie.

It looks like the mystery witness in the Clinton case is Raymond Reggie, senator Kennedy’s brother-in-law.

Power Line had the scoop yesterday, and the New York Sun has the story today, as does the Times-Picayune. Powerline has more today.
