Why crawdads and not steak?
Because everybody around the country does steak. You’re eating just a fraction of an animal that way. in fact, using modern medical techniques, you could theoretically carve a steak out of a cow and it could a live a normal and healthy life afterwards.
Let’s see a mudbug crawl away from getting boiled, ripped in half, its tail meat torn out, and its head sucked.
