40 Million to Love.

Posted by Eric at 5:33 pm. Filed under: General

The sadness that occurs when considering the 46 million lives taken since the Supreme Court ruled on Roe v. Wade in 1973 is overwhelming. But one thing that I think has too often been overlooked in this discussion is the 40+ million women who are scarred, that desperately need our love.

This was succinctly pointed out on the Agape web log.

Here’s a round up of some other links.

And, of course, there are tons more, and LaShawn Barber has a great list of links.

  2. Many of the pregnant women are repeats. The one sick reason is they like the change to there “body feature” because of the pregnacy.

  3. That is a good point. It is also why I put 40+ million rather than using the same number as the total abortions. Of course maybe a larger percentage repeats than I think… I’ll have to look that up later and see if I can find anything on it. Either way, it’s tragic and there a LOT of hurting women.
