More Thoughts on Drivers Licenses

Thinking a bit more about this… the real issue here is maybe a little deeper.

Sure, it sounds ominous that the driver’s license becomes a de facto government issued national id card that can be tracked by rfid and contains retinal scan identification.

But the real problem will be that if this type of thing ever gets implemented, and it does not solve identity theft problems, the only real solution will be something permanently attached to you.

Which is really scary.
